Install first
Always install VerseBlocks Core before Cartographer. The Cartographer solution depends on components in Core and will fail to import without it. The AppSource listing does this for you.
Installation steps
- 1Download the solution you want above
- 2Go to make.powerapps.com and select your target environment
- 3Navigate to Solutions and click Import
- 4For Cartographer: import VerseBlocks Core first and wait for it to complete
- 5For Cartographer: import Cartographer second. VerseDocs imports on its own.
- 6Have a System Administrator or System Customizer open the Cartographer app, activate with your name, company and email, and run crawls
- 7To let other people in, assign them the Cartographer Admin or Cartographer Reader role, then in make.powerapps.com select Apps, select Cartographer, click Share and add that role
- 8For scheduled crawling: bind the Cartographer Dataverse Connection reference and turn on both Cartographer cloud flows — they ship switched off

Activating Cartographer sends your name, company, email, organisation ID and environment URL to VerseBlocks, and Cartographer sends usage reports. The names, metadata and documentation of your components never leave your environment. The privacy policy has the full list.
